Our team is ready to serve with your water needs.

Mike Pawalowski is our senior operator holding Class B Groundwater License and a Class C Wasterwater License. He has a degree in Business Management from Sam Houston University. Mike has been with the company for 10 years.

Melanie White is our general manager, highly educated in the area of rules and regulations set forth by the TCEQ for water companies specific to Texas. She has been with the company for 8 years.

 



Theo Whiteside is our operator holding a Class C Groundwater License and a Class B Wasterwater License. Theo has 37 years of experience in the water business and has been with the company for the last 10 years.

 

Our original plant was built in 1995, and began with one 140 GPM pump reaching 480' deep and a standpipe storage tank, 14' in diameter, 133' tall holding as much as 153,000 gallons. In those early years our 6 miles of distributions lines furnished water to 172 original customers. Then in 1998 we would drill an off-site well 160 GPM's, adding 11 miles of distribution piping to serve 192 additional customers.

Presently our system is made up of 2 wells with a pumping capacity of around 600 GPM's, a 162,000 gallon Ground Storage Tank, two 810 GPM booster pumps, a standpipe 14' diameter X 133' tall holding 153,150 gallons, and a new 5,000 gallon hydropneumatic pressure tank. Our distribution lines supply water to Lake Bonanza, Lake Conroe Forest, Holly Estates, and some homes and businesses on Rabon Chapel and S. Pine Lake Rd.
